In addition to being a licensed Realtor® for South and North Carolina, Tammy is a Certified Buyers Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert, and holds her Brokers license. She is also qualified for the Agent Leadership Council in her market center. Specializing in residential real estate, Tammy enjoys offering clients advice when it comes to remodeling or custom building a home as she and her husband have personally built and remodeled seven homes, six in which they served as the general contractors.

Active in her community, Tammy is involved with the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and various non-profit groups within her community. She also serves as the pianist at her local church. In her free time, she enjoys renovating her lake house out on Lake Wylie, water-skiing, gardening, and tailgating at Clemson University and Carolina Panther football games.
